Trojans Sign Three More Mid-Year Recruits

Two more junior college football players signed letters of intent with the USC football team and another high school player signed a financial aid agreement with the Trojans, USC head coach Lane Kiffin announced today.

LOS ANGELES–Two more junior college football players signed letters of intent with the USC football team and another high school player signed a financial aid agreement with the Trojans, USC head coach Lane Kiffin announced today.

The 3 players will enroll at USC in the 2011 spring semester and participate in spring football practice.

The junior college signees are OL Jeremy Galten of San Mateo (Calif.) Junior College and LB Dallas Kelley of Chaffey Junior College in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. Both will enter USC as juniors.

The prep signee, who will enter USC as a freshman, is LS Peter McBride of Chaparral HS in Paradise Valley, Ariz.

Last Wednesday on the first day of the mid-year signing period, USC announced 6 signees who will enroll this spring: OL David Garness of City College of San Francisco (Calif.) and CB Isiah Wiley of Arizona Western JC in Yuma, Ariz., as well as PK Andre Heidari of Stockdale HS in Bakersfield, Calif., QB Cody Kessler of Centennial HS in Bakersfield, Calif., FB Soma Vainuku of Eureka (Calif.) HS and QB Max Wittek of Mater Dei HS in Santa Ana, Calif. Garness and Wiley will enter USC as juniors, while the others will come in as freshmen.
