Anthony Craft (5'10/165) plays wide receiver and defensive back for his CIF
Champion Monrovia squad. He will be a three year starter and was a big reason
the Wildcats went 5-0 in league and won their CIF Championship.
"I had about 600 yards and 10 touchdowns receiving," said Craft.
"I had about 50 tackles and three interceptions on defense. I also run the
100, 200, and 4x100 in track."
Craft has already gotten scholarship offers from San Jose State, UNLV, and South
Dakota State and recently camped at a traveling Oregon State camp.
"I went to Oregon State's camp at Fullerton last week. I worked out with
their defensive backs coach and think I did pretty good there. Rod Perry is
recruiting me for them."
In addition to the Beavers and the teams that have offered him, Craft would like
to earn offers from Boise State and USC.
Craft is former teammates with UCLA signee and 2012 5-Star defensive tackle
prospect Ellis McCarthy and teammate George Frazier recently committed to
Colorado.
