THE RECRUITING SEASON shifted into a new phase on Sunday, with Washington State coaches hitting the recruiting trail. In the coming weeks, Cougar coaches will, in living rooms, high schools and junior colleges aplenty, be working to put the finishing touches on the 2013 class.

What's left to come in WSU recruiting? Quite a lot, as it turns out. Sunday was the first day coaches can begin in-person visits off the WSU campus (often referred to as the "in-home" visit period), and the Cougar coaches are expected to begin the process of sitting down with their remaining targets as early as tonight.
