SEATTLE - Two freshman football players have enrolled at the University of Washington for the start of winter quarter today, head coach Steve Sarkisian has announced. Safety Trevor Walker and quarterback Troy Williams, who both earned their high-school diplomas at the end of the last calendar year, have joined the UW program and will be eligible to participate in spring football this year.

"We are obviously very excited to have them both join our football program," Sarkisian said. The remainder of the 2013 recruiting class will sign National Letters of Intent on Signing Day, Feb. 6.

Coach Sarkisian also announced today that two scholarship players from last year's team have chosen to transfer from the UW: safety James Sample and linebacker Blake Rodgers.
