USC interim head coach discusses the Trojans' quick Friday workout...

It was a brief practice for USC on Friday afternoon, but still positive and energetic according to Trojan interim head coach Ed Orgeron.

The sqaud had the 1s and the 2s going at the same time today, a format that was often seen during the Pete Carroll era. Orgeron said he is picking up the pace of the game for the Trojans, but they might not debut their new style until after Arizona.

The Trojans will be back on the field Sunday to continue their preparation for the Wildcats on Thursday.
