"Yes, USC is in my top list of schools. I'm still looking at LSU, Miami, Florida, USC, Georgia, and Oklahoma. Those are the schools I keep in contact with the most, but I haven't really thought about which schools I'll visit in the fall."
When asked to describe what he likes about each of the schools he mentioned, Bryant replied.
LSU – "Well I just went up there to LSU's camp, and I got a good chance to the view the campus and see how everything is."
Miami – "I go to Miami frequently. I get to see them practice and work out, and they are like a family down there."
Florida – "I keep in contact with Florida, and they do a good job recruiting me. I didn't get to make it to the camp, but I like how they tell it to me how it is."
USC – "I haven't heard from them (USC) in a while. But I like the program and I'd like to take a trip out there and see what it is like. Coach T-Mac is in charge of recruiting me, and he is a real straight forward and to the point. He let's you know what's going on and speaks the facts."v When asked what he thought about L.A., here is what Bryant had to say about the "big city."
"I think L.A. could be an opportunity for me. I don't really see the big city as a negative."
While many top prospects are getting their decisions out of the way early, Bryant is in no rush to make a commitment.
"I'm probably going to decide on or around Signing Day."
And while Signing Day 2007 seems to be years away, Bryant does have a few things he would like to see in the school he eventually chooses.
"Academics are first. And also it's about me getting exposure to the NFL. I also like reputation. And I want it to be a family type team, one where the player-coach relationships are real good."
Heading into his senior season at Hallandale, Bryant has set aside a few things he would like to improve upon.
"For myself, I'm just trying to get better everyday. Just work real hard and make a better complete me. For my team, we just want to have a good season."
