A big surprise. That's the way that Huntington Beach (Calif.) Edison offensive tackle Martin Coleman (6-6, 290) describes the way the last year has transpired, going from a rugby player new to the States from Tonga to a five-star offensive lineman.

"Basically, its all been a big surprise to me," said Coleman. "I came from Tonga to go to school. My brother-in-law introduced me to the coach and the coach wanted me to play. I played rugby since I was eight then just tried out football. I wake up everyday and try to pinch myself. But it hurts."
