According to published reports, redshirt freshman wide receiver Jamere Holland has been dismissed from the USC football program.

Holland was sidelined by injuries for much of his time at USC, missing the 2006 season with a broken collarbone and being held out most of fall camp with a groin injury.

He was a very highly regarded prospect coming out of Taft High School in Woodland Hills in 2006. Along with playing football, Holland was also a member of the USC track team.

There is no word yet on Holland's future plans.
