Campbell leads USC in tackles, but is injured

It was fun while it lasted for Jordan Campbell, but the end to Saturday night was devastating for Campbell. He lead the team in tackles in the first half with seven, then sprained his ankle early in the third quarter and was taken to the locker room for x-rays. His first start for the Trojans will be his last until he heals up. But he will be back.

SCPlaybook caught up with Campbell after the 27-6 victory over Washington State.

Campbell was on crutches, wearing a boot and told us he had a high ankle sprain, and could be out for two weeks. But he hopes to return in time for the game in Berkeley this weekend.
