After a challenging freshman year Stafon Johnson emerged as one of the Trojans most productive running backs in 2007. Johnson, a local kid from Dorsey HS, really came into his own in his second season at USC. The 6-1, 210-pound tailback rushed for 673 yards and 5 touchdowns. Johnson will compete for the starting tailback spot in 2008 and has a very bright future ahead of him.
