Randall Carroll is a 2009 soft-verbal commit to the USC Trojans. Carroll committed to the Trojans as a sophomore on September 14, 2007. The 6’- 197 lb. junior is a wide receiver for Cathedral High School (Los Angeles, CA), he can also play cornerback and running back. He will probably be the fastest receiver from California in 2009.
