Biography:
Fred Matua was a constant presence on the dominant Trojan offensive line in 2003. Starting eight games and seeing time in five others, Matua paved the way for big gains on the ground and gave Matt Leinart plenty of time to find his receivers. In 2004, Matua returns as the Trojan with the most experience on the offensive line and will be looked at to lead this group in becoming as strong and cohesive as the 2003 unit.
