He hits the hole hard and is dangerous once he gets to the second level. McNeal shows excellent vision and game breaking ability. He shows good tools for the cornerback position. McNeal supports the run well and at times can deliver the big hit. He plays well in coverage, has great hips, and anticipation. |

| Finished 2006 season with 2,008 yards rushing and 3,106 all-purpose yards and scored 42 touchdowns for Venice (Calif.), earning all-state underclass honors. Was an all-City Section and all-state underclass selection. |
